How It Works
- Submit your withdrawal declaration using the button above. Fill in your order number and product details in the email.
- Receive confirmation from us within 1–2 business days. We will acknowledge receipt of your declaration.
- Return the item — return shipping is at your expense. The item must be sent back in the same condition as received.
- We refund you the full amount including original shipping within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used at checkout.
Key Rules
- The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the day you received the item
- The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it — unworn and unused
- Return shipping is paid by you as the customer, unless the item is defective
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item
- We refund using the same payment method used at checkout
Received a Defective or Wrong Item?
If your item arrived damaged, with a print error, or is the wrong item — different rules apply. In that case we cover return shipping, and you can choose between:
- A new, correct item sent to you free of charge
- A full refund including original shipping costs

EU Customers: 2-Year Statutory Warranty
As an EU consumer you are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty on manufacturing defects. If a defect appears within 2 years of delivery, contact us and we will find a solution.
