How long does shipping take?

All products are printed on demand. There are two steps: production (2–5 business days) and shipping. Total estimated delivery from order date:

  • 🇩🇰 Denmark & EU: 7–15 business days
  • 🇬🇧 UK: 7–15 business days
  • 🇺🇸 USA & Canada: 9–19 business days
  • 🇲🇾 Malaysia & Asia: 12–25 business days
  • 🌍 Rest of World: 12–25 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free worldwide shipping on all orders over 500 DKK. Applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

How much does shipping cost?

Exact shipping cost is shown at checkout. Rough estimates: Denmark/EU ~35 DKK, USA ~33 DKK, Malaysia ~84 DKK. Orders over 500 DKK always ship free.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Note: tracking only begins once the item leaves the production facility.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries including Denmark, across Europe, USA, UK, Malaysia, Australia, Japan, and more.

What are your products made of?

Our graphic tees and hoodies are made from premium organic cotton — soft, durable, and sustainably made. Full material details are on each product page.

How do I know which size to order?

Check our Size Guide → on each product page. When in doubt, size up — especially for our oversized styles.

Are the colors accurate to the photos?

We do our best to represent colors accurately. Slight variations can occur due to screen settings and print processes.

Is there a welcome discount?

Yes — use code FIRSTDAY at checkout for 10% off your first order. Valid until June 21.

Are there any other deals?

Yes! Two automatic deals apply at checkout:

  • Buy 3+ items → 15% off your whole order (applied automatically)
  • Buy a hoodie → 50% off a t-shirt (applied automatically)

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order — this is your legal right as an EU consumer. To exercise your right of withdrawal, visit our Returns & Withdrawal page → and use the button there to submit your withdrawal declaration.

How does the return process work?

Submit your withdrawal via our Returns & Withdrawal page. We'll confirm receipt within 1–2 business days. Return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive the item, we'll refund you in full within 14 days using your original payment method.

What if I receive a defective or wrong item?

Contact us within 30 days at funstuffvault@hotmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — and we'll cover return shipping for defective items.

EU customers — 2-year warranty

EU customers are covered by a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects under EU consumer protection law.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes — SSL encryption and secure payment processing protect your information.

What currency will I be charged in?

Danish customers pay in DKK, European customers in EUR, US customers in USD, and Malaysian customers in MYR.
