Delivery Times
- Denmark: 3–5 business days
- EU: 5–10 business days
- UK: 5–10 business days
- Norway & Switzerland: 7–14 business days
- USA: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Customs & Duties
Denmark & EU: No customs. Your products are shipped from Printful's European fulfillment centers in Latvia and Spain, both within the EU. No additional import fees apply.
United Kingdom: No customs. UK orders are shipped from Printful's UK fulfillment center in Wolverhampton.
Norway & Switzerland (EFTA): These countries are outside the EU, and packages may be subject to VAT and/or customs duties upon arrival. These charges are collected by customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
USA: No customs for orders under $800 (applicable to most orders). Products are shipped from Printful's US fulfillment centers.
Rest of world: Depending on your country's import regulations, customs duties and/or VAT may apply. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are paid upon delivery.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. You can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or Damaged Package
Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date if your package has not arrived or has been damaged. Email us at funstuffvault@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
